Seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home sales.
We are a residential remodeling company specializing in siding, roofing, windows, gutters and premium tile showers that has been in business for over 20 years. We are looking to hire a full-time Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home sales.
Leads are provided and pre-qualified within our 40 mile service radius. Pay is commission -based (not limited to the range provided). Previous outside sales experience is required. Experience in home improvement sales is preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- In-Home Estimates: Run company-provided, qualified and pre-set in-home appointments with homeowners to assess needs for siding, windows, roofing, and gutter projects. Measure and prepare professional project proposals.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, educate them on products and communicate with customers throughout the sales process. Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with office staff to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production and installation. Attend weekly sales training and meetings to refine product knowledge, sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous outside sales experience required. Experience in home improvement sales preferred.
- Skills: Ability to build rapport, overcome objections and ask for the sale. Proficient in using an iPad, digital presentation tools and product samples.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to customer appointments required.
