Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals as well as handle all of our existing DEP clients monthly testing, submit monthly chlorine readings to DEP, design and maintain systems, and other DEP Certified Operator tasks. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities - Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory (we have a 1 hour radius)
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications - High school diploma/GED required, DEP Certified Operator License (in effect or get within 12 months of hire)
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
