The Concrete Foreman will oversee small teams of 1-5 workers primarily engaged in commercial buildings, residential construction, and site concrete projects. This role ensures quality control, safety compliance, and efficient crew management across local job sites using standard communication tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a small crew of concrete workers
- Maintain quality control on all concrete projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Resolve onsite issues and implement problem-solving strategies
- Coordinate local travel between job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in concrete construction
- Vocational training in construction
- Valid Driver's License
- Skills in concrete finishing and blueprint reading
- Experience in crew leadership and equipment operation
- Strong time management and communication abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform onsite tasks
