Job description

  • Work Dates Needed: as soon as credentialed thru 8/28/2026
  • Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
  • Scope of Work: Provide care for both scheduled and walk in work related injuries and urgent care patients Must be able to see ages 2 and up.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted SC license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
