Job description

Providence Medical Group in beautiful Spokane, Washington is seeking a full-time, experienced physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join a Headache Neurology specialty clinic at the Providence Neuroscience Institute of Spokane.


We are a regional referral center serving eastern Washington and surrounding territories and dedicated to providing world class patient care. Work closely with a headache neurologist for training, supervision and co-management of patients presenting with a wide spectrum of headache disorders. Additional interest in Botox administration could be supported. Two years of clinical experience is desired but not required.


  • Full-time, outpatient position with no call and no inpatient coverage
  • 100% Headache focus with potential to support interest in dystonia, Botox administration, movement disorder or general neurology
  • Program supported by subspecialty colleagues including epilepsy, stroke, neuromuscular medicine, sleep, movement disorder, multiple sclerosis, neuropsychology, and inpatient neurohospitalists
  • Opportunity to perform Botox and other therapeutic neurotoxin injections
  • Provide follow-up care and patient education
  • Compensation is between $134,988 and $175,853 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
