Job Overview

Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Field Deployment Support professional on behalf of our client, a leading dermatology practice. This role will support a large-scale deployment of the RingCentral platform across several healthcare sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will provide reliable, hands-on onsite support to ensure successful equipment setup, testing, and deployment activities. This position plays a key role in supporting operational continuity and successful implementation across multiple clinic locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite deployment support for RingCentral phone system installations across healthcare locations.
  • Unbox, label, and connect phones and related equipment.
  • Perform basic phone setup and configuration verification.
  • Conduct scripted testing procedures to ensure devices can successfully place and receive test calls.
  • Follow deployment checklists and standard operating procedures independently.
  • Complete site visit documentation and basic reporting forms accurately.
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity or setup issues as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism while working within healthcare environments.
  • Ensure deployment tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with remote technical teams and project coordinators as necessary.


Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical training or coursework is a plus.


Experience:

  • Previous experience in field support, deployment support, technical support, or healthcare environments preferred.
  • Experience with basic hardware setup or telecommunications equipment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training.

  • Knowledge of basic deployment and equipment handling procedures.
