This is an excellent opportunity for a former Welding Foreman, Lead Welder, Shop Supervisor, or Welding Manager looking to transition into a professional office environment while leveraging their industry expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview welding and fabrication candidates.
- Evaluate welding skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Match candidates with client job opportunities.
- Build relationships with welders, fabricators, and industry professionals.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Previous welding experience required.
- Foreman, Lead Welder, Shop Supervisor, or Shop Management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication, and shop operations.
- Ability to assess welding talent and identify qualified candidates.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn recruiting.
