Job Title: Construction Management Representative (CMR) - WWTP Rehabilitation
Location: Lodgepole, Sequoia National Park, California.
Project Duration: Approximately July 2026 through November 2026.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative (CMR) to provide oversight and management for the Clover Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWDFs) Rehabilitation project at Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park (SEKI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide construction management (CM) services to assist the NPS with oversight and management of the Clover Creek WWDFs rehabilitation.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative for the NPS during the construction phase.
- Ensure construction activities align with the project's technical requirements and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a CMR specifically for Waste-Water Treatment Plant Construction (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Candidates must have recent experience (within the past 7 years) working as CMR or related roles
- Experience with projects awarded at the Federal, State, or Local levels is required.
- Ability to evaluate technical factors, strengths, and weaknesses related to wastewater infrastructure construction
