Overview:

Position Offers:
- Full-time position
- Flexible schedule: 8-hour or 10-hour morning shifts
- Competitive salary range of $136,000 $146,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and clinical assessments
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and treatment adherence
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support patient care
- Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Correctional healthcare experience preferred
