Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments during wellness, follow-up, and sick visits
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, procedures, and patient care activities
• Administer medications, immunizations, and vaccinations in accordance with clinical protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, treatment responses, and care plans
• Support preventive care initiatives and chronic disease management programs
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required
• Current BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach to patient care
