Job Opportunity: Locum OB/GYN Physician in Petoskey, MI
Join a reputable healthcare facility in beautiful Petoskey, Michigan! This position offers a chance to contribute to a caring team dedicated to providing exceptional care. The practice is well-equipped with modern facilities and supported by experienced staff, ensuring a fulfilling environment for both healthcare providers and patients. You ll primarily serve at two locations: 416 Connable Ave and 573 N Bradley Hwy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal care and deliveries.
- Perform vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and VBACs.
- Manage clinic coverage with the opportunity for night call.
- Patient caseload of approximately 6-8 outpatient visits and 1.5 deliveries per day.
- Collaborate with a team of 2 nurse practitioners.
- Utilize Cerner EHR for patient records and documentation.
- Participate in weekend and night call coverage as required.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in OB/GYN (Required)
- Active Michigan medical license (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB/GYN (Required)
- Local candidates preferred
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in OB/GYN
- Active Michigan medical license
- NPDB report obtained within the last 30 days
