Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia services for cardiac surgical procedures
- Deliver perioperative care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas
- Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in night beeper call coverage
Required Procedures:
- Cardiac Anesthesia Cases
- Perioperative Management of Complex Surgical Patients
EMR System: Epic
Hospital Size: 593 Beds
Patient Volume: Varies Based on Assigned Anesthetizing Location
Days Per Month: Full-Time Preferred (4-5 Shifts Per Week)
Will Consider Providers Available One Week Per Month
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Shift Times Vary:
- 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM
- 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call/Weekends:
- Night Beeper Call Required
- Typically 1-2 Nights Per Week
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
- Cardiac Anesthesiology Experience Required
- Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC LOQ Required
- ACLS Certification Required
- PALS Certification Required
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience Preferred
