Our client hospital is looking for a Hem/Onc APP to provide 6 weeks of coverage starting in October!Practice Setting: outpatient survivorship clinic and genetics clinic. Starting in October to cover a FT NP going on medical leave (6 weeks)Monday-Friday 8-9 hour daysschedule can vary, but currently 4.5 days a week in the officethe half day is typically on Tuesdays, but can be flexible and also open to someone only covering 4 full days per weekAdult & Geriatric patients50% Hem / 50% Onc2 radiation oncologists in practice4 APPs in practice12-16 patients per dayLevel III traumaEMR: MosaiqRequired procedures: Management of VAD/CV Catheters & Intrathecal chemoRequired duties: participation on a Tumor Board, order tests, order images, and prescribesThe nurse administers chemo according to the orders from the physician
