Administrative Coordinator Financial Services
Location: Novi, MI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $45,000 $55,000 annually


We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our financial services team in a full-time administrative role. This position supports client-facing professionals, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to the smooth operation of daily office activities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors and internal staff

  • Greet and assist clients during in-office visits with professionalism and warmth

  • Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and send appointment reminders

  • Maintain secure and accurate client records using CRM and financial platforms

  • Handle client communications via phone, email, and mail

  • Ensure all compliance-related documentation is properly completed and maintained

  • Perform general office duties including document management and data entry


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (experience in financial services preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively

  • Familiarity with financial industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC) is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM systems


Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
