Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and planning cruise and resort vacations
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
Maintain accurate booking details and client records
Provide timely customer support before, during, and after travel
Stay informed about cruise lines, resort destinations, and travel industry updates
Help clients select travel options that match their preferences and budgets
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
