Superior Metal Technologies is looking for a manufacturing hands on Maintenance Tech to handle all aspects of maintenance in our 120,000 square foot paint and anodizing facility. In this position the right person will be able to implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in methods, equipment, procedures and working conditions. This position drives continuous improvement through the plant operation and a high level of morale. Demonstrate commitment to an injury-free environment and safety and health management program. Ability to properly operate power tools, and associated equipment.
