Youll help keep our yard and shop running smoothly. Youll support the team that includes the manager, logistics lead, and a mechanic by helping to organize tools and equipment, load/unload equipment and materials, and learn related processes in a fast-paced environment. What Youll Do: Assist the shop and yard teams, in logistics, maintenance, and other job aspects, as needed. Clean up dirt and debris in work areas; perform general housekeeping and shop upkeep. Check in and restock material and equipment. Assist with loading and unloading items. Maintain and organize the yard and storage areas, keeping tools, parts, and equipment easily accessible. Drive a forklift (training provided). Use hand tools (drills, saws); read a tape measure; may assist with minor repairs. Work independently and as a team member; providing exceptional customer service. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
