The facility provides a collaborative environment with telehealth pulmonary and critical care support, as well as a Level II nursery.
Opportunity:Physician - Hospitalist
Job Details:- Locum Tenens Hospitalist opportunity starting September 14, 2026 on an ongoing basis
- 7 days on / 7 days off rotation schedule
- Day shifts from 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday through Sunday)
- Average daily census of 10-12 patients per physician
- Must be comfortable with ICU components including ventilator management, intubation, and central line placement, as telehealth pulmonary/critical care is the only available support
- Level II nursery support required, including pediatric inpatient care
- Privileges in moderate and/or deep sedation for non-anesthesia professionals required
- Board certification in Internal Medicine required
- Active South Carolina medical license required candidates licensed in SC only will be considered
- Certifications required include ATLS, BLS, and PALS
- Preferred adult procedures include inpatient and ICU care, non-invasive and invasive ventilation management, intubation, chest tube placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement, PICC line placement, EKG interpretation, cardiac stress testing, and echocardiogram
- Preferred pediatric procedures include inpatient and PICU care, Level I and II/NICU nursery, attendance at C-sections and high-risk deliveries, non-invasive and invasive ventilation management, pediatric and newborn intubation, conscious and deep sedation, and central line placement
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days
- Candidate must have DOP completed prior to placement
- Local or driving distance candidates preferred
- Nearest airports include Charlotte, NC; Florence, SC; and Columbia, SC

Compensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
