e2o Energy Group is a leading energy efficiency consulting and implementation firm specializing in utility-funded HVAC optimization programs. We work directly with commercial clients to reduce energy costs through proven solutions like:

  • Advanced Rooftop Controls (ARC)
  • Ongoing performance-based energy savings programs

We partner closely with utility providers like Tucson Electric Power (TEP), helping clients access significant rebates and incentives-often covering a large portion of project costs.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with qualified leads (we provide some)
  • Conduct site walk-throughs / "roof walks" (training provided)
  • Identify opportunities for:
    • Advanced Rooftop Controls (ARC) projects
  • Present energy savings proposals to decision-makers
  • Work with our internal team to finalize scope and close deals
  • Build long-term client relationships


Who You Are

  • Sales-driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, facilities managers, and decision-makers
  • Able to understand or learn basic HVAC / energy concepts
  • Organized and able to manage your pipeline
  • Looking for high-income potential, not just a paycheck

Preferred (not required):

  • B2B sales experience
  • HVAC, construction, or energy background
  • Experience with commercial clients or facilities


Compensation & Structure

  • Commission-based with strong earning potential ($100K-$250K+)
  • Optional base draw available for the right candidate
  • Flexible schedule - full-time or part-time
  • Opportunity to scale into a leadership role
