Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience. Process customer requests, orders, and account updates. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. Meet established performance, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency with computers and common office software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
