If you enjoy troubleshooting, process development, and working in a dynamic laboratory environment, we'd love to hear from you.Why Join MMT?At MMT, you'll be part of a team developing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies used by leading medical device companies worldwide.We offer:Meaningful work supporting life-saving medical technologiesExposure to advanced automation and precision manufacturing equipmentOpportunities to work directly with customers and industry expertsA collaborative, innovative, and team-oriented environmentCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesA chance to make a real impact in a growing, high-tech industryWhat You'll DoAs an Applications Technician, you will:Partner with customers and internal teams to evaluate manufacturing challenges and recommend process and equipment solutionsConduct proof-of-concept testing in our Applications LabSet up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipmentVerify part dimensions and specifications using precision measuring instrumentsDiagnose machine performance issues and validate application readinessDevelop and document repeatable manufacturing processesGenerate detailed technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholdersSupport equipment builds, testing, customer acceptance activities, and system validationProvide technical support and training to customers and internal teamsAssist with root-cause investigations and process troubleshootingParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and machine capabilityCollaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, and Production teams on new technologies and process developmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsAssociate degree in Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related technical fieldTechnical certification from an accredited vocational or trade program will also be considered3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, automation, process development, testing, or a related technical roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical documentationExperience working with automated equipment, controls, or precision manufacturing systemsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in medical device manufacturingExperience with catheter manufacturing processes such as tipping, flaring, bonding, drilling, or related technologiesFamiliarity with ISO 13485 and FDA-regulated manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of electronic theory, circuitry, and electrical safety practicesExperience working with laboratory testing, process validation, or equipment qualification activitiesSkills for SuccessWe're looking for candidates who are:Naturally curious and passionate about technologyDetail-oriented and quality-focusedComfortable working independently and as part of a teamEffective communicators who can explain technical concepts clearlyAdaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMotivated to continuously learn and improve processesWork EnvironmentThis role combines laboratory, manufacturing, and office work.
