Job Duties

Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community

Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process

Ensure compliance with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing regulations throughout the leasing process

Process lease agreements, renewals, move-in/move-out documentation, and income certifications
-
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
-
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure files meet audit standards

Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Job Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing

Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements

Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Proficient
in Microsoft Office

Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing

Availability to work weekends as needed
