Classification : Full Time Union
Rate of Pay: $17.50 - $24.80 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Sunday - Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:
- Make lasting connections with our customers
- Prepare products including a variety of vegetables, sauces and main meals (you may have to handle pork)
- Fill and rotate cases and displays with food products (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
- Make sure all supplies needed are available
- Plate prepared foods by Kitchen / Deli Manager's guidance
- Work with servers and other employees to ensure orders are completed according to request
- Prepare and cook menu items on the grill to order, ensuring proper temperature and presentation
- Coordinate with others in the kitchen to make sure food is ready at the right time, in the right order so that it arrives fresh
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Ensure dates are properly tracked on open and closed products
- Adhere to portion controls and waste reduction guidelines
- Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled

FREQUENT:
Physical:
- lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling 500 to 1500 pounds
- walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting
Equipment Operation:
- scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, and intercom
- pallet jack, highboy cart, box cutter, tongs, steamer, slicer, wrapper, knives, roaster, chicken fryer, chicken hot case, pizza oven, coffee pot, cleaning utensils
Mental:
- judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math
Environmental:
- exposure to hot and cold temperatures, hot equipment and cooking oil
OCCASIONAL:
Physical:
- lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., crawling
FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.
OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
