Case Mix: General Otolaryngology and ENT surgical cases
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $460,000 plus production bonus opportunity
Commencement Bonus: $100,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS Active Arkansas Medical License or eligibility required
BC/BE in Otolaryngology required
Active DEA required
Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
Interest in building and expanding a busy ENT practice preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology care in clinic and surgical settings
Perform ENT surgical procedures in the Main OR and Outpatient Surgery Center
Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
Collaborate with APPs, Audiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
