Our client is growing fast - five record years in a row, up 35% YTD - and needs a leader to run the engine of a $50-$60M operation.

What you'll do:
  • Lead 5 department managers (Warehouse, Purchasing, Fabrication, Technology, Office) and a team of 25-30
  • Drive warehouse efficiency - pick rates, routing, and throughput - using Lean / Six Sigma and process improvement
  • Build operational KPIs from WMS data and hold every department accountable
  • Solve purchasing stock-outs so the business stops losing customers to out-of-stock items
  • Manage all vendor relationships across a $50-$60M book
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years operations experience with proven leadership (7+ preferred)
  • Demonstrated, measurable results in efficiency and productivity
  • Comfort building and acting on KPIs - not waiting to be handed them
  • Lean / Six Sigma strongly preferred
  • Warehouse, distribution, or logistics background a plus
  • Wholesale distribution / plumbing / HVAC experience is a bonus, not required
Compensation & benefits:
  • $100,000-$125,000 base, depending on experience
  • Uncapped profit sharing - top performers can double or triple their pay ($300K-$500K within 3-5 years)
