Machinist in Erie PA. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced shop environment. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Responsibilities for this Machinist job include: - Set up and operate various machinery
- Load materials and verify correct program selection
- Monitor machine performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
- Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, thread and pin gages to verify part dimensions.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performances are maintained.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and production files
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Other duties as required
Qualifications: - 1+ year CNC machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
- Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
