Coverage Type: Scheduled + Optional Call ( Full-time coverage preferred due to current staffing gaps )
Setting: Primarily outpatient with inpatient consults
Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
OR Access: Block time 7:30 AM 3:00 PM (no case limit)
Robotics: Limited availability
Schedule & Coverage
- Standard Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Clinic Hours: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Call Schedule: 24-hour call (7:00 AM 7:00 AM), flexible based on availability
Responsibilities:- Patient consultations and follow-ups
- Procedures
- Inpatient consults and post-op rounding
Support Staff- 1 Full-time Provider
- 2 LPNs
- 2 CNAs/CMAs
- 1 Patient Representative
- 4 Exam Rooms
Requirements : - Board Certification: Required
- License: Active New York license required
- Certifications: BLS required
- EMR: Epic experience required
- Work History: Must be up to date with no gaps over 30 days
- Malpractice: Disclosure required (including dismissed cases, with physician statement)
