This role involves occasional travel to various job sites and requires technical skill and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems and equipment in residential properties
- Set up and configure HVAC equipment according to specifications
- Collaborate effectively with small teams of 2-4 members during installations
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on job sites
- Occasionally travel to different project locations, up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HVAC system installation and electrical wiring
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Customer service experience
