Job Summary Are you a driven, high-energy sales professional who thrives on autonomy and uncapped earning potential? Basement & Foundation Solutions is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be the face of our company, meeting directly with homeowners to evaluate their property needs and deliver reliable, top-tier foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement solutions. This is a 100% straight-commission position tailored for a hungry, self-starting closer who wants their compensation to directly reflect their hard work and talent-the sky is the limit on what you can earn.

Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
