Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss roofing solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Create and present roofing proposals
- Build trust with customers through professionalism and communication
- Coordinate with project managers and office staff throughout the job process
- Maintain strong customer relationships and referral opportunities
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to carry/climb ladders and inspect roofs
- Ability to work in cold and hot conditions
