Location: Panama City, FL (on site with regular local field travel)
Reports To: Branch Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time Commission-Based / Salary + Commission (DOE)

Role Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and consistently generating new business. This role is relationship-focused, solutions-driven, and accountability-based-ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, helping customers solve real problems, and owning their results.

Qualifications & Experience
Outside sales experience preferred (industrial, construction, MRO, or B2B a plus)
Comfortable with CRM systems and basic sales reporting
Mechanical aptitude or ability to learn technical products is a strong plus
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
