What You ll Do: - Assist in gynecological surgeries, including robotic procedures, as a First Assist in inpatient OR settings
- Collaborate with surgeons and the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Support perioperative activities and surgical preparation
- Maintain documentation within Cerner/Oracle EMR system
- Manage an average of 2-6 surgeries per day
- Follow all safety protocols and surgical standards
What You Need: - Active New Jersey licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with RNFA certification and robotics experience
- Prior experience in gynecological surgery, especially robotic procedures
- Proficiency in surgical assistance and perioperative care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow surgical protocols
