Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $273.00 (includes malpractice coverage)

What You ll Do
- Respond to hospital codes as needed and perform high-quality emergency care
- Interpret EKGs and collaborate with cardiology for final review
- Supervise APP during overlapping shifts
- Stabilize OB patients and coordinate transfers to Sparrow Lansing L&D
- Manage patient flow with support from radiology, labs, blood bank, OR, anesthesia, and specialized consulting teams
- Document care efficiently in Epic EMR
- Contribute to a level IV trauma center seeing up to 32-50 patients daily
What You Need
- Valid Michigan medical license and DEA license
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine
- At least 2 years ER experience preferred
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, EKG interpretation, and team collaboration
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
