Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $273.00 (includes malpractice coverage)
  • Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

What You ll Do
  • Respond to hospital codes as needed and perform high-quality emergency care
  • Interpret EKGs and collaborate with cardiology for final review
  • Supervise APP during overlapping shifts
  • Stabilize OB patients and coordinate transfers to Sparrow Lansing L&D
  • Manage patient flow with support from radiology, labs, blood bank, OR, anesthesia, and specialized consulting teams
  • Document care efficiently in Epic EMR
  • Contribute to a level IV trauma center seeing up to 32-50 patients daily
What You Need
  • Valid Michigan medical license and DEA license
  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine
  • At least 2 years ER experience preferred
  • Strong skills in clinical assessment, EKG interpretation, and team collaboration
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
