4/1/24 for 14 weeks
Shift times: Tues-Fri 7a-6p and Saturday rotation every as needed 8am - 12pm
On-site clinic seeing ages 2+
Average 16-18 patient per shift
Full Primary Care (acute and chronic care)
Provider should be comfortable with well women, minor procedures.
REQUIRED:
IN state license; active, unrestricted
DEA
BLS (AHA or hands on training cert req'd)
COMPENSATION:
Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
