Need: NP or PA
When: 11/6/23-02/05/24 for 3 days a week (approx 20-24 hrs/week)
Days/hours: 3 days a week with one day must be Monday or Wednesday (10a-7p and be DOT certified). Other days can be flexible.

REQUIREMENTS:

BLS

DEA

IN Active State License

DOT Certification
