Occ Med/Family/Urgent Care

All ages 2 plus and older, mostly adults

PRN open dates: Cleavland area (Avalon) 8/3-4 7a-5p, 8/5 7a-11a

Jackson 8/3-4 7a-5p, 8/5 7a-11a

REQUIREMENTS:

  • OH Active State License
  • DEA
  • BLS
  • Must have close to two years of experience
