Bankruptcy Attorney - New York City / Uniondale - Hybrid Remote

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
We have offices in New York City and Uniondale.
- Represent debtors, Chapter 7 trustees, secured creditors, and lenders in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
- Handle matters arising under Chapters 7 and 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
- Represent secured lenders in loan workouts and related negotiations.
- Advise clients on bankruptcy laws, creditors' rights, and insolvency-related matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery demands, settlement agreements, and other bankruptcy-related filings.
- Appear in bankruptcy court and participate in hearings, conferences, negotiations, and related proceedings.
Required:
NY bar
Recent bankruptcy experience

Insolvency
Commercial disputes / foreclosures
Chapter 7, 11
Loan workouts
