Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult & Pediatric Surgical Patients
Setting: Level II Trauma Center / Hospital-Based Anesthesia Practice
Responsibilities: Providing anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties, perioperative patient care, anesthesia monitoring, regional anesthesia support, OB anesthesia coverage, and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary anesthesia team
Required Procedures: General Anesthesia, Regional Blocks, OB Anesthesia, Thoracic Cases, Trauma Cases & Kidney Transplant Cases
EMR System: Facility EMR System
Support Staff: Anesthesia Services Team, Surgeons, CRNAs & Perioperative Staff
Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage
On-Call/Weekends: Shared Weekend Home Call Approximately 1 Weekend per Quarter & 1 Weekday Call Every 6 Weeks
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified NBCRNA Required
- Michigan License Required or Willingness to Obtain
- DEA Required or Willingness to Obtain
- ACLS & BLS Required
- Open to Experienced Providers & New Graduates
- NPDB Self-Query Required at Presentation
