(1:4 Person Rotation) - Medical Director Model

Possibly 1-2 Weekends / month 1 - On call and 1 - Day shift 1 - Post Call is OFF

On Call is responsible for OBGYN after hours and Day CRN s Available

50% C-Sections / CRNA s work in OR
