Schedule & Volume

- Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Patient Load: 20 patients per day
- Support: One MA and one PAR assigned to each provider
- EHR: Cerner

Clinical Scope

- Adult & Pediatric General Outpatient
- Gynecology (Pelvic exams/Pap smears)
- EKG Interpretation

Submission Requirements

- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Licensure: Active Michigan license required at time of name clear
- Experience: Proven background in Family Medicine
- Documentation: Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the last month)
