Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney
A respected Atlanta law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join its established transactional practice.
The firm represents a longstanding roster of commercial clients, developers, investors, and business owners throughout the region. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior attorneys on sophisticated transactions while gaining meaningful responsibility and client exposure early in your career.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Georgia Bar or eligibility to waive into Georgia.
- Minimum of two years of commercial real estate, corporate, or transactional experience.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative environment.
