Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, cold outreach)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives and Sales Representatives
- Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Execute follow-up campaigns to nurture early-stage prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead generation efforts
- Meet or exceed KPIs for calls, meetings, and pipeline creation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer outreach preferred
- CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Reply.io, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-starter with a competitive mindset
