Position Highlights
Outpatient primary care
Recent grads welcome
Join a team of 10 experienced PA/NP providers
4 day workweek (40 hours total)
One Saturday every 4 weeks (mandatory)
Patient facing hours: 31.5 35 hrs/week
Average 20 patients/day
EMR: AthenaHealth
Compensation & Benefits
$90K+ base experience and skill determine starting point
No compensation cap
15% profit based bonus structure

Key Responsibilities
Perform medical exams and manage full scope primary care
Assess, diagnose, and document patient progress
Provide patient education and individualized care plans
Maintain safety, quality, and infection control standards
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and calm leadership in emergencies
Maintain confidentiality and uphold practice standards
Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
