Job description

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluation
  • Diagnose acute and chronic conditions; develop and implement treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and lifestyle modification
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Document patient encounters accurately in EMR
  • Manage follow-up care and referral coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety initiatives
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a culturally sensitive manner
