Outside Sales Representative Opportunity

Win Depot Restaurant Equipment Center is a leading supplier to restaurants, hospitality groups, and foodservice operators. We are growing and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, building long-term client relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Position: Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and develop new restaurant, hospitality, and foodservice accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage a sales territory and conduct on-site client visits
- Present equipment, smallwares, and supply solutions
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams
- Stay current on product offerings and industry trends

Qualifications:

- Prior outside or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
- Benefits: Medical insurance
