Roofing Sales / Estimators Needed
MUST have minimun of (5) Years Experience. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
We are expanding our sales team. Base salary plus commission will be based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
Job Requirements:
The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for estimating and bidding different roofing projects.
That will require reviewing project plans, and specifications to provide accurate estimates for the customer.
Required to have strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, management and other office personnel.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong estimating and sales skills
Knowledge of various roof manufacturers systems requirements and assemblies
Experience using computer software for a variety of task on and off site
Experienced in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, background check and drug screening is required
