  • Annual ED Volume: 13,800 visits
  • Average Daily Volume: 32-50 patients
  • Total ED Beds: 10
  • Trauma Designation: Level IV
  • 55% of hospital admissions originate from the ED
  • 6.4% of ED patients are admitted
  • Fewer than 7 patient transfers per 24-hour period
  • Primary referral center: Sparrow Hospital Lansing (approximately 20 miles away)
  • Support: One APP works alongside the ED attending from 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Locum physician will provide supervision of APP during overlapping hours
  • EMR: Epic
  • Certifications: ABEM or AOBEM, MI license, ACLS, ATLS, BC
