- Facility: 12-bed, Level 3 Trauma Center
- Practice Model: Medical direction with CRNA supervision
- Case Mix: General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Head, Spine, Neuro, OB, Regional, and Thoracic
- Scheduling: Flexible physician coverage; beeper call
- EMR: MediTech

Requirements:

- ABA Certification
- Active Ohio license upon presentation
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
