- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: Bring your expertise as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to contribute to our patient-focused care.
- Degree: Possess an MSN, DNP, or post-master certificate with a nurse practitioner specialization.
- Board Certification: Be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine/Emergency Medicine.
- License: Maintain an active Illinois Medical License (RN & APN/Physician Assistant in Medicine).
- DEA License: Hold an active DEA license or have the ability to apply prior to or upon hire.
