seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with
verified multifamily leasing experience . This opportunity is
exclusively for candidates with prior apartment leasing backgrounds who are interested in
temporary or temp-to-hire assignments within professionally managed apartment communities.

Job Duties - Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
- Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
- Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
- Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Job Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience (on-site multifamily required)
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
- Availability to work weekends as needed
